By using KeepFlow, you agree to the terms below. We've kept them as plain as we can. If something isn't clear, get in touch and we'll explain.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Tapronix ("we", "us", "our") and govern your access to and use of the KeepFlow mobile application (the "app"). By downloading, installing, or using KeepFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
KeepFlow is a personal habit tracking app for iOS that lets you create habits, log completions, view statistics, and (optionally) sync your data across your Apple devices via iCloud. It is provided as a tool to help you build and maintain habits — it is not medical, mental health, fitness, or therapeutic advice, and should not be used as a substitute for professional guidance.
Subject to these Terms, Tapronix grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use KeepFlow on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

This license terminates automatically if you breach these Terms or uninstall the app.
Everything you put into KeepFlow — habit names, notes, completion history, and so on — is your content. You own it. Tapronix does not collect or store your habit data on our servers.
If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your private CloudKit database under your Apple ID. Apple's terms govern that storage. We have no access to it.
You're responsible for maintaining your own backups if your data matters to you. We recommend exporting your data periodically using the in-app export feature.
If you download KeepFlow from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms relating to your download and use of the app from the App Store, Apple's terms control to the extent of the conflict.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Tapronix only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Some features of KeepFlow may, now or in the future, be offered through in-app purchases or subscriptions processed by Apple. If you make a purchase:
If KeepFlow does not currently offer paid features, this section applies only if and when such features are introduced.
You agree to use KeepFlow only for lawful, personal habit-tracking purposes. You will not use the app to track or facilitate any illegal activity, harm yourself or others, or in a manner that violates any applicable law or these Terms.
The KeepFlow app, including its name, branding, logos, design, source code, animations, sounds, and all visual elements (including the "Heat River" visual language), are owned by Tapronix and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
We may release updates, bug fixes, new features, or design changes from time to time. We may also discontinue features or the app entirely. We'll do our best to communicate significant changes, but we reserve the right to make these changes at our discretion.
KeepFlow is a habit tracker, not a medical or health device. Don't rely on it for decisions that affect your physical or mental health. Consult a qualified professional for those.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tapronix from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
You can stop using KeepFlow at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. The sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution — will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tapronix is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where local consumer protection laws give you the right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, surface an in-app notice. Continued use of KeepFlow after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
